It wasn?t an easy situation, but they kept after it until they were trapped and eradicated. They also replaced a chimney cap that was missing. That was also difficult because of an extremely steep roof. I would highly recommend Critter Control for any problems you may have.

We had had reports from our tenants of noises in the attic space - which turned out to be bats. Within two days of contacting him, Ed was out to perform a full inspection (inside and out) and provide us with options and a quote. Throughout the process, Critter Control was communicative, flexible and professional. The technician who ultimately performed the work, Kaleb, called on his way there and again upon completion. Almost instantaneously, he provided before and after photos of the work done, along with a detailed invoice for our records. Highly recommend the entire team at Critter Control of Kaw Valley!

Ed removed the bird nests from my attic wooden vents and installed screening on the exterior to prevent birds from building future nests between the wood slats. He also painted some scuffed up slats before he installed the screen. Great job.

Raccoons had gotten into our attic. They were able to get them out, clean up the mess and secure the attic so they couldn't return.

I met Ed the owner who identified a bat entry point. A few days later the repairs were done to seal the area. They will return in August to put in a bat valve when the bat cubs are large enough to follow their parents out.

We had squirrels in our attic. What we thought were only a couple, ended up being a family of 6 in our attic. Nick trapped all the squirrels, AND fixed where they were entering the attic. He also went around the perimeter of the house and made other suggestions that needed to be fixed to eliminate how rodents could enter our house. Nick was very informative and professional. Shane was completely professional and helped us discover if we had bats in our attic (we didn't!) and gave us advice to help prevent us from getting bats. It was well worth the cost to have him come out. I will absolutely call on Critter Control again for any other needs that we may have.
Neighbor had a family of skunks living under cavities in their concrete (e.g., sidewalk, air conditioner pad). We elected to use Critter Control because of their humane treatment of animals and scope of work performed (removal and prevention). Nick Franklin came onsite, he was in uniform and walked with us through the neighbor's yard to perform a visual inspection. During the inspection he thoroughly explained what he was looking for and provided tips on what to do to minimize future wildlife encounters. After setting traps for a week to capture and relocate wildlife, he then installed exclusion fencing in areas around the house that would be possible burrows for animals, this included top soil that would cover the appearance of the fencing. He took before/after pictures of all the areas that required work and sent them to me. During this entire time, Nick was professional and polite, available for questions. I had a sense that he cared about the animals as well as our need to see the population diminished. Impressed with his training and work, I also employed him to seal areas in my own home (where the roof meets the soffit), a job he deployed with the same care and professionalism exhibited in the neighbors wildlife issue. I would highly recommend him for such services and our home owners association will continue to use his services in our neighborhood.

Our technician, Ed, provided a walk around of our home clearly explaining what repairs he would do and how (we found a bat in our attic, so exterior repairs were done to prevent a potentially larger problem in the future and a bat valve was placed). Quick response. Services were great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I had initially been quoted $129 for initial inspection which would be applied towards the trapping balance, which was given to me as $370 total. Upon completion of services, I was informed the $370 was cost after the $129 removed. I never expected to spend almost $500 to remove a raccoon (we caught the 5 babies that were in my roof, they caught 1 adult). I would've trapped it myself!!

After seeing a skunk go under my shed, I called Critter Control to make sure it had not taken up residence. They came out, helped evaluate the situation, and developed a plan to address. They did not charge me for services that I didn?t need, and they set up a barrier to prevent animals from getting under the shed. They were very upfront with the costs.

We became aware of a mouse infestation in late summer, 2020 and after reviewing the availability and quality of service, we interviewed and subsequently hired Critter Control.
It turned out to be one of the best investments of our time and money. Not only was the company professional and courteous, but willing to share their knowledge and answer all our questions. They also worked out a payment plan, which helped greatly in our household budgeting.

These guys were quick and efficient! We had several active wasp nests and a birds nest in our attic and they removed the bird nest and then bombed the attic then removed everything else. I would definitely recommend them for any pest control needs. They also closed up the hole in the attic where the bugs/birds were getting in!

Rick was professional and knowledgeable. My dog was sprayed by a skunk. Rick ended up hauling off a possum and then a racoon. The skunk never did show back up so he placed a metal barrier in the ground where they were digging under the fence. I feel confident the skunk won't be back. But I know who to call if it does!

Bought an old house with hole in the outside wall. Critter Control inspected and found that we had squirrels. They evicted two squirrels, patched the hole, cleaned out the contaminated insulation, treated the remaining insulation for possible pests like mites or fleas, and topped off the entire attic with additional insulation to bring up the R value. They did a fantastic job! For all they did, the price was quite reasonable.
